JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: B.Sc Accounting / Banking & Finance, ACA, Additional qualification will be an added advantage
10 years on the job experience.
5 years of which must be in a Management position.
Preferably, a PFA work experience will be an advantage.

Indepth understanding of modern risk management approaches as it applies to the Pension Reform Act
Sound knowledge of modern internal control processes methodologies
Good written and oral communication skills
